Scope of Work: Removal of existing loose cohesion-less material and armour rock on top of the existing geotextile material, removal and disposal of existing Bidim geotextile material, fill batters with new general fill from onsite, compact and trim the batter to shape, dig anchor trenches at the top and bottom of the batters, spread the Texcel geotextile material on the new shaped batters including the anchor trenches and installation of rock rip rap material (27,500m² of rock armour placed).

Construction of carpark area including entry and exit points onto shire roadway included; . stripping of vegetation and topsoil (515m³), Cut and Fill (126m³) importing of additional sand (1,600m³), Compaction Testing, Basecourse import/installation and asphalting/kerbing/line marking of parking area.

Civil Works at Ashburton Onslow Gas Pipeline (AOGP) Project, Onslow WA

Pipeline Construction: Works included; Transport, string, clearing (300,000m²), trenching, HDD of 3 x road and 1 x creek crossings (220m). Installation, backfill of a 100mm steel pipeline, 10km in length along with rehabilitation of work corridor.
Meter Station Construction: Works included; Subgrade to base course construction of a raised station pad, rip-rap erosion protection with geofabric underlay, box culvert supply and installation, earthing rod installation (installation by third party), pipe support concrete precast block installation and setting and assistance with auxiliary works related to meter station completion and commissioning.

Decommission and Decontamination of Bindi Bindi Waste Water Treatment Pond, Onslow WA

Scope of Work: The cartage of 750T of contaminated soil in double and triple side tipper configuration, from Onslow to 7 Mile Waste Facility in Karratha. Removal of concrete pond structures, ripping of ground, backfilling and compacting to bring area up to natural land formations levels.

Transportation of 12,550 Precast Concrete Coastal Protection Units (Accropodes), Onslow WA
August 2013 – April 2015
Scope of Work: To transport 12,250 units with 9 units loaded per delivery utilising triple road trains. Units were located at WA Limestone’s Quarry 90km east of the Wheatstone LNG Plant.

Supply and Deliver Precast Concrete Blocks from Perth to the Wheatstone Project, Onslow WA
September 2013 – November 2013
Scope of Work: To supply and deliver 600 concrete bridge blocks, 70 concrete tie down blocks and 110 concrete finger blocks using triple road trains. The blocks were fabricated in Perth and transported to Wheatstone LNG Plant in Onslow.

Supply and Transportation of River Sand for the Wheatstone Project, Onslow WA

Scope of Work: To supply and deliver screened river sand to the Wheatstone LNG Project using Drilline road trains and side tipper trailers. The Sand was extracted and screened on site.
DBP Group – Fortescue River Gas Pipeline Joint Venture
Supply and Transport of Dune Sand to Pannawonica, WA
September 2014 – February 2015
Scope of Work: To supply and deliver of Dune Sand using single, double, triple and quad side tipper configurations. Drilline mined from their Dune Quarry outside of Onslow and transported the material to within 50km east of Pannawonica.

Dredging International Australia
Civil Earthworks – Construction and demobilisation of Turkey Nest, Onslow WA
April 2014 – December 2014
Scope of Work: Drilline was engaged to construct, install, commission and then demobilise a 20,000 m3 Turkey’s Nest near the Wheatstone Project LNG Plant. Completion of this contract was an incredible achievement as the nature of the works were vast and required utmost precision from Drilline’s Projects Team. The works included:

Supply, Haul and Load-out of Rock for the Slope 20-Soil Replacement Works at Wheatstone Project, Onslow WA

Scope of Work: The works consisted of transported rock from a local Onslow quarry to load-out facility located on Beadon Creek. The barges were then steamed from Beadon Creek load-out facility to the MOF harbour on the The Wheatstone Project.

Telstra Fibre Routing at Wheatstone LNG Project, Onslow WA

Scope of Work: Directional drilling of one (2) 100mm communications conduit under an existing BHP DOMGAS main, a water main and an optic fibre line. The installation of one (2) 100mm communications conduit under Camp Rd 1. These works were required to be undertaken to allow the installation of a Telstra optic fibre cable.
